Returns for Unused Products

We accept returns for unused and unopened products returned within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns for Products of Bad Quality

If you receive a product that is defective or of bad quality, you may return it within 6 months (180 days) of purchase for a refund or replacement. Please contact us with details of the issue and provide photos if possible to expedite your return.

Refunds

Once we inspect your returned product:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If your return is not approved (e.g., product used, damaged by the customer, or outside the return window), we will notify you with an explanation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain medical products may not be eligible for return once opened, including but not limited to:
